1st of all thx to omy.sg for giving us the movie preview!!!
Ladda Land is based on a TRUE story set in Chiang Mai.
This show also included some humour, which is quite special in a Thai Horror Movie.

Heres hw it all started:
A family moves into a new house where they gradually begin to encounter paranormal and horror events. Buying a home is a dream that everyone strives for. Thee (Saharat Sangkapreecha) is one of millions in Bangkok that cannot afford a home, much less a spacious home on his meager staff salary.



Death is something we all must face soon or later, but in Laddaland it’s your dead neighbors is what you must deal with.

There is alot of sound effects & sudden visual effects
I will rate this movie 7/10!!
